Filing underway at Cole County Courthouse

Candidates begin filing for Cole County offices. Both Eastern District Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher and Assessor Chris Estes are running for re-election. Estes will face a challenge from Councilman Rick Prather, while Hoelscher will meet former Councilman Rich Mihalevich. Western Commissioner Kris Scheperle will see Harry Otto and Gary Bemboom in that race.
