JC Airport terminal is coming down

Jefferson City’s Council okays tearing down the flood damaged airport terminal. The building has been flooded out several times over the past 50 – years. But this time the damage was too much. The city is working with a private firm to build a new elevated terminal building. Jefferson City airport operators would then rent space in that building. Demolition will cost $24,000.
