JC Schools teacher accused of sending inappropriate texts

A Jefferson City High School history teacher and basketball coach sees his duties affected after he allegedly sent a profanity laced text to students. Jemeal Hogan is accused of making sexual references and using profane language in a group text he sent out. He is no longer coaching Jay basketball. ABC – 17 obtained copies of the text.
