EMS Chief announces COVID-19 protocols for Cole County

Cole County’s EMS Chief wants to make sure his paramedics are safe if  they have to deal with any cases of COVID – 19 here …

Matt Lindewirth says all of the hospitals in both Jefferson City and Columbia have positive – pressure rooms where suspected patients can be isolated. He adds they will send an advance team to first assess a
presumed COVID-19 case before any additional crews are sent out.
