No charges for officer in fatal JCMO shooting

A Jefferson City police officer will not be charged in the deadly shooting of a suspect last month. ABC 17 reports the Cole County Prosecutor said yesterday (thur) the officer acted appropriately when shooting Anthony Wilson. Wilson was killed in the middle of April after a police chase. Thompson said Wilson shot a different police officer in the chest before Wilson was shot and killed. That officer was wearing a bulletproof vest.
