Four victims in Fulton shooting

Four people are shot at a Fulton gathering place. Police say the shootings happened early yesterday (sun) at the Fulton Event Center on North Business. Several cars there were apparently shot up too. The shooting victims have non-life threatening injuries. They are not cooperating with investigators.
