Vaccine could be here before the end of December

The state health director says the first COVID-19 vaccines will be available for Missourians in four-to-five weeks. Randall Williams included that in testimony before a Missouri House committee yesterday (tue) morning. Williams says the vaccine from Pfizer will be free. He adds a coronavirus vaccine may not be available for everyone in the state until April.
