JC Public Schools teacher will get her job back

Jefferson City Schools are ordered to reinstate a fired teacher. Tammy Ferry was fired after school officials claimed she transferred confidential student files to her personal computer. Cole County Judge Jon Beetem and now an appeals court both ruled Ferry broke no laws. She will return to her job with back pay.
