Jay Ashcroft calls the proposed changes to override Missouri election laws unconstitutional. He adds the state wouldn’t face the same challenges as Texas did when Democratic lawmakers there avoided a vote by leaving the state. Missouri’s GOP super-majority would allow business to continue as usual at the Capitol.
