Rider dies following JCMO motorcycle accident

A Jefferson City man dies in a Missouri Blvd motorcycle crash. Police say a car hit 46 – year old James Baysinger at the intersection with Ohio Street Tuesday morning. Baysinger was knocked off the bike and hit his head. He was taken to the hospital where he died. Baysinger was not wearing a helmet.
