JC Kids and teachers get a couple of extra days off

ABC – 17 — The Jefferson City School District announced plans to extend its Thanksgiving break by two extra days.

The break will now run from Monday, November 22nd until Friday the 26th.

The district says the change is in response to ongoing staffing shortages and not because of rising COVID-19 cases.
