Woman charged after machete attack

ABC – 17 —  A Boone County prosecutor has charged a woman after an alleged assault with a machete on Wednesday.

Cortney Tanner, 32, is charged with first-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

Court documents reveal that Tanner and the victim had an argument over some property when Tanner allegedly showed a machete and him twice with it.
