JCMO’s newest councilman will be sworn in tonight

Jefferson City’s new First Ward councilman takes his seat this evening. Jack Deeken beat Jacob Robinett to win the race. Deeken has long served on the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission.

in the only other Jefferson City council race, incumbent Erin Wiseman turned away a challenge from former councilman Bob Schrivner.
