Rider dead after JCMO motorcycle wreck

A Jefferson City motorcyclist dies after losing control Saturday. Police say 32 – year old Herschel White apparently locked up his rear brake and crashed the bike near Capital City High School. Investigators say White was thrown off the motorcycle and suffered severe head trauma. He was wearing a helmet.
