Blair Oaks school board gets an earful on transgender students issues

Parents spoke out both for and against the Blair Oaks schools’ transgender student policy. There were questions about bathroom challenges and athletic team participation. The Wardsville district is building gender neutral bathrooms in all their school buildings. The Board took no action on the policy.
