Deputy hospitalized after fight during an arrest

A Moniteau County deputy is recovering from a broken ankle after being injured during an arrest. The deputy stopped two men near a Tipton church early Tuesday morning after the pair were acting erratically. Dustin Harvey faces assault and other charges after fighting with the officer. Robert Hummel faces drug possession and resisting arrest charges.
