Child sex charges filed against Lake man

A Lake area man faces charges after being accused of sending photos and sexually explicit messages to an 11 – year old. 41 – year old Jeffrey Andrews faces sexual misconduct charges. He’s accused of sending the messages via Facebook Messenger.
