Probation for admitted JCMO arsonist

A Jefferson City woman accused of setting a church fire won’t go to jail. Anne-Marie Mullins faced numerous charges after admitted that she set a fire at the Christian Fellowship Church on Beck Street last year. She received two years probation after admitting to arson, stealing and property damage, all misdemeanors. Mullins was tied to the crime through fingerprints left at the scene.
