Burned East Capitol house will come down

At least one of the falling – down buildings on Capitol Avenue will be torn down. Councilmen voted last night to have a fire – damaged house at 403 East Capitol to be demolished. The house was badly damaged in a fire last month. The council is looking at finding other homes on the near east side that are too far gone to be redone.
