Dog attack on cops draws charges

The suspect in an incident in which two pit bull dogs were ordered to attack a JCPD police officer appears in court. 45 – Nicole Zeits of Pennsylvania was arrested at the Day Inn Motel this week after resisting arrest and having the dogs attack the officer. The officer is recovering.
