Murder charges in Boone County electrocution death

A man accused in the death of a man near Hartburg last September now faces murder charges. Justin Trader is accused in the electrocution death of Andrew Moss. Moss crashed a stolen Jeep into a utility pole and was electrocuted when the lines came down. Court documents says the men were involved with the car theft in an attempt to keep the owner from testifying in court.
