Graphic court documents obtained by News Radio 950 KWOS say a Columbia man charged with attempting to sexually assault two women along the MKT trail has previously exposed himself to strangers who were walking along the trail. Michael Tyrone Council Jr is charged with attempted rape and property damage. He’s accused of attacking the women and trying to sexually assault them.
