Construction company will be fined in worker’s death

A Mid – Missouri construction company will pays thousands of dollars in fines over the job site death of a worker. Lehman Construction of Moniteau County agreed to the OSHA penalties after 22 – year old Connor Ernst died while working on a bridge in Clay County last year. Three others were injured. Investigators say the accident happened when sub-standard steel work collapsed at the site.
