JCMO man draws prison time in gas station incident

A Jefferson City man who admits to his part in a shooting last year outside a convenience store is headed to prison. Kristopher Johnson pleaded guilty as an accessory to assault and was sentenced to seven years in prison.

The shooting occurred of last year outside the quick shop on Stadium. Video shows Johnson shoot from a car.  No one was hit. A second suspect is still at large.
