JCPD now think gel balls were used to target state office workers

Police now say that a gel ball gun was used to hit staffers outside the Truman Building last week. Gel balls are small pellets filled with gel or water. An 18 – year old admitted that he and three juveniles shot at the workers from a car. No one was hurt. He faces charges. The juveniles were taken to the Prenger Family Center.
