Is a Tri – Level fix up overdue?

Is a re-do of Jefferson City’s tri – level interchange in the works?  Mo-Dot plans to renovate part of the confusing intersection south of the Missouri River Bridge. It was the scene of two accidents this week. One involving an overturned cattle truck jammed up traffic for five hours Tuesday. A Wednesday crash injured four people.
