“Boat versus house” boater faces charges

The driver who crashed a boat into a house at the Lake, injuring his passengers, now faces charges. 47 – year old Adam Ramirez is charged with boating while intoxicated causing physical injury. The July crash happened when Ramirez was running too fast, left the water and crashed into the house. Six of the boaters had serious injuries. Troopers say he admitted to drinking alcohol.
