More lawsuits seek to overturn abortion ban in Missouri

Another abortion lawsuit goes before a Missouri judge today (Fri). The latest one seeks a permanent injunction barring the state from enforcing its no – abortion law. Attorney General Andrew Bailey says there are plenty of groups wanting to bring back abortions ..

Currently there are more than 30 lawsuits filed in 23 states challenging laws enacted since the overturn of Rowe v. Wade.
