Taylor Burks pulls out of Congressional race

Former Boone County clerk Taylor Burks decides not to run in the August Republican 3^rd District Congressional primary. He had been endorsed by 4^th District Rep. Mark Alford, who represents the Fourth Congressional District.

Former Columbia state senator candidate Kurt Schaefer filed to run for the seat.
