Investigators are now looking at a second plane mishap

Another incident involving a plane here in Mid – Missouri.

A small plane had to make an emergency landing east of Renick in Randolph County Wednesday afternoon.

The pilot was not hurt.

He says he had to make an emergency landing in a field after a bird strike on the planes windshield.

The plane left an airport in Decatur, Illinois, and was headed to Kansas City.
