The abortion question is back on the ballot

The controversial abortion issue will be on your November ballot. Missouri’s high court ordered Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft to put the measure back on the ballot. He removed it Monday after a Friday ruling by a Cole County judge. If it passes, the issue could legalize some forms of abortion in the state. Missouri was the first state to outlaw abortion after the Rowe v. Wade decision.
