Charges are dropped against a man who hit and killed a 15 – year old on a scooter as the victim crossed Highway – 50 (in Jefferson City) last Halloween. Jervontaye Warmack had been facing involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of Anthony Reyes – Ortiz. Lab results now show that Warmack was not under the influence of marijuana at the time of the crash.
