A man is dead after a what Jefferson City police call a weapons offense. Police say they found the victim at a home in the 800 block of Fairmont Blvd. early Monday. One suspect was arrested. No names have been released. Lincoln University officials confirm the victim was a student. Fairmont Blvd. is next to Lincoln’s campus.
