Fulton is going to need a new top cop. Chief Bill Ladwig will retire next month after nearly 30 – years with the department. Ladwig has been Fulton’s chief since 2000. Before he got into law enforcement, Ladwig actually worked on air in radio in Mid – Missouri and in St. Louis.
