Accused JCMO killer is indicted

A Kansas City man is indicted by a Cole County grand jury after he’s accused of gunning down two men at a Jefferson City bar in November. 36 – year old Damien Davis faces murder and weapons charges. He’s accused of shooting and killing Corey Thames and Skyler Smock at J Pfenny’s Pub on High Street.
