Columbia Parks and Recreation will take out another homeless camp at Broadway and Old 63 today.
MoDOT cleaned up a homeless camp in March along I-70 near the Providence Rd. intersection. The city also had to clear out one camp near the area twice within the past year.
Jefferson City officials claim the closing of the Columbia camps has had the effect of driving more homeless to Jefferson City.
