Bus tickets for the homeless?

How do you get rid of the homeless? Hand them a bus ticket back to where they came from. The Columbia City Council is discussing that plan. They say there may be left over ARPA funds available. Both St. Louis and Kansas City regularly provide bus tickets to get the homeless to leave their cities. Detractors call the practice ‘Greyhound Therapy’.
