Callaway County man faces new child sex charges

A Holts Summit man faces child sex charges. Memphis Dils was first charged last fall with sexually assaulting and underage victim. The new grand jury charges this week claim Dils molested the underage relative repeatedly and allegedly paid the victim in exchange for sex.
