They’ll hear oral arguments in four cases including a local one called “Russell Chick vs. City of Centralia.” Chick was an equipment operator in Centralia and slipped and fell on an icy sidewalk in February 2024 while walking to a maintenance shop. He’s had neck pain and has undergone two surgeries on his right arm.

Chick is appealing the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission’s finding that he was only partially disabled.
