Charges downgraded in JCMO nursing home sexually assault

The man charged with raping an elderly Jefferson City nursing home resident now only faces misdemeanors in the case. Joseph Hull worked at the facility as a nursing assistant and pleaded guilty to elder abuse.

He initially was charged with rape and sodomy in the attack on the 81 – year old victim. Hull was sentenced to one year in jail but was released after being given credit for time served.
