A one – time Mizzou basketball prospect who faced rape charges after a campus visit is now in ICE custody. Keiner Asprilla is from the nation of Colombia. The rape, sodomy and kidnapping charges filed against him 2024 have been dropped. ICE will rule if he violated his student visa.
