Child avoids being taken by a ‘Creeper’

A fast – thinking child may avoided being kidnapped by a convicted sex offender. Stover police say James Farrell of Versailles faces charges that he tried to entice the child to get inside his van Wednesday. Investigators say Ferrell had ropes and child – sized items in his van when he was arrested.
