Child porn charges filed after a Columbia arrest

A man from Columbia is charged with felony child porn. 53 – year old Stephan Jon Sheltmire was arrested after investigators found him with over 150 – graphic images on a Google account. Police claim the images depicted rape and sexual abuse of elementary school age victims. Sheltmire was denied bond.
