Columbia cops say there are too many ‘legal’ guns in CoMo

• Columbia police claim too many young people are carrying guns, especially downtown. And they say a 2016 rewrite of Missouri gun laws left a loophole allowing anyone, including teens, to carry and conceal a gun. The city will lobby Missouri lawmakers in January for legislation that prohibits minors from possessing handguns.
