A man and woman are in jail after a high – speed chase that started in Cole County and finally ended in Morgan County Monday. Cole deputies tried to pull over the car south of Jefferson City but it sped off. The chase topped 130 – miles per hour and officers say the driver tried to hit patrol cars. Angel Ramirez and Gladys Kimble face charges.
