Callaway cops will continue to hunt for the phantom ATV rider. They were involved in a manhunt Tuesday after chasing the rider from Boone County into Callaway County. They say they chased the man after he was spotted speeding on the wrong side of a county road. Officers pulled off the manhunt shortly after noon.
