A west side Jefferson City subdivision is one step closer to happening. Walnut Hills would be a 140 – unit project to go in at Rock Ridge and Route C. the Planning and Zoning Commission sent the contractor’s amended plan to the City Council. Several neighbors lobbied against the subdivision.
