East side houses approved by JCMO Council

Some new homes will be going into a neighborhood near Lincoln U. And many of the neighbors aren’t happy. They say the ten homes won’t fit the neighborhood and will cause challenges for parking and other concerns. The Council signed off on the developer’s plan for the Marshall – Roland Street area.
