Family of shooting victim ask JC Council for answers

Jefferson City councilmen get an earful. The family and friends of a man who was fatally shot on Missouri Blvd went before Monday’s council meeting. They want to know why no one has been charged in the attack on Erik Spencer that happened last month. The Cole County prosecutor hasn’t pursued charges. Spencer worked at a cellphone store on the Wildwood Shopping Center lot where the shooting occurred.
