A buggy driver is dead and two women are hurt after a crash with an SUV. Troopers say the driver of the car rear – ended the buggy Sunday afternoon near Middle Grove east of Moberly. The female passenger of the buggy was flown to University Hospital. The SUV driver had only minor injuries.
